Emily Marshall is an associate attorney with MILLER O'BRIEN JENSEN. Emily came to the Firm in 2013 with a strong background in workers' rights law. She draws upon this background to assist clients on a broad variety of labor and employment issues.
Emily graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2014 with a concentration in labor and employment law. During law school, she served as a managing editor of the Minnesota Law Review, was a student attorney with the University of Minnesota Workers' Rights Clinic, and interned at Region 18 of the National Labor Relations Board. She was a co-recipient of the 2014 ABA and Bloomberg BNA, Inc. Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law. Prior to law school, Emily spent several years as a paralegal at Altshuler Berzon LLP in San Francisco, where she worked on labor and employment cases behalf of individuals, unions, and in major class actions.
